Monday, October 5 Woke up before the alarm for once. The light came in sideways through the blinds and drew thin stripes across the floor, and for a minute I just lay there watching them move. Things to do today: - finish the draft I keep pretending is almost done - call back about the apartment - buy coffee (important) - go for a walk, even a short one Started thinking about how much easier it is to write when the page looks like a page. No buttons, no menus, nothing blinking except the cursor. Just the words and a bit of white space around them. More later.
